This is a free online, international seminar that will consider the broad concept of art in the landscape and related themes, including but not limited to, the intersect of art in the landscape on our communities, ecology, tourism, economics, policy makers and the future of sculpture trails and parks in delivering environmental and social resilience.

The event is rooted in consideration of Ireland’s art in the landscape assets: Tír Sáile Sculpture Trail in County Mayo and Lough Boora Sculpture Park in County Offaly. It is intended that the seminar stimulates and challenges ideas around both locations as well as presenting potential opportunities for their future development.

Part of an ongoing project with Offaly County Council (lead partner), Mayo County Council and Visual Artist Ireland. Studio Response are the Cultural Producers for this event. Funded through the Arts Council's Invitation for Collaboration Scheme.
